Setting up Globalpandora

The following instructions will explain how to set-up your browser to access Globalpandora in a few seconds.

It is a very simple and non-technical approach that anyone will be able to follow. Should you encounter any issue please seek assistance.

Start by selecting your specific browser from the list below. If your browser is not listed please get in touch so it can be added.

Android

  1. Purchase your Globalpandora access pass for the desired period
  2. Go and update your location from your Android device's browser
  3. Purchase and install the Globalpandora Android app from the Android Market

Squeezebox Classic

  1. Start your Squeezebox
  2. Press and hold the left arrow button on your remote
  3. Select and enter the network setup section
  4. Scroll past the options until you get to the DNS server section
  5. Use the arrow buttons to input the Squeezebox DNS provided upon your purchase, (example) 012.345.678.910
  6. Press right arrow to continue and save your new settings
  7. Select to connect to the MySqueezebox.com option
  8. If you have problems connecting make sure you first update your location by entering your credentials
  9. Once connected locate the Pandora App in your list of music choices
  10. If the Pandora App is not available you need to enable it first. Change your profile country to US also.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Pull-down Tools menu
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Switch to Connections tab
  5. Press the LAN Settings button
  6. Check on the Use automatic configuration script checkbox
  7. Paste the token provided to you after the purchase, (example) http://p.globalpandora.com/pac/123456789.pac
  8. Press OK twice to close both dialogues
  9. Now go to www.pandora.com where a pop-up will request your Globalpandora username and password

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Select Tools > Options
  3. Select Advanced icon
  4. Select Network tab
  5. Click Settings button
  6. Check Automatic proxy configuration URL radio button
  7. Paste the token provided to you after the purchase, (example) http://p.globalpandora.com/pac/123456789.pac
  8. Click OK twice to close both dialogues
  9. Now go to www.pandora.com where a pop-up will request your Globalpandora username and password

Opera

  1. Open Opera
  2. Pull-down Tools menu
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Go to Advanced tab
  5. Go to Network section
  6. Click Proxy servers button
  7. Check on the Use automatic proxy configuration checkbox
  8. Paste the token provided to you after the purchase, (example) http://p.globalpandora.com/pac/123456789.pac
  9. Press OK twice to close both dialogues
  10. Now go to www.pandora.com where a pop-up will request your Globalpandora username and password

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click the wrench icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Options
  4. Switch to Under the Hood tab
  5. Under Network click the Change proxy settings... button
  6. Press the LAN Settings button
  7. Check on the Use automatic configuration script checkbox
  8. Paste the token provided to you after the purchase, (example) http://p.globalpandora.com/pac/123456789.pac
  9. Press OK twice to close both dialogues
  10. Now go to www.pandora.com where a pop-up will request your Globalpandora username and password

Safari

Mac OS X is configured at the network level, so this is not exclusively a Safari configuration.

  1. Go to System Preferences found under the apple icon in the left top
  2. Select the network you use and click Advanced
  3. Select the Proxies tab and change Configure Proxies: Manually to Using a PAC file
  4. Paste the token provided to you after the purchase, (example) http://p.globalpandora.com/pac/123456789.pac
  5. Save the new settings by clicking the Apply Now button
  6. Now go to www.pandora.com where a pop-up will request your Globalpandora username and password

Camino

Mac OS X is configured at the network level, so for Camino please follow the same instructions as for Safari.
